Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch your package within 24 hours although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Orders for RIFs may take 48 hours as we test and chronograph each rifle before shipping.
Please bear in mind the couriers delivery Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 - 1800 hours) except for holidays. We do not directly control the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them. Delivery may be delayed by extreme weather and events and again is out of our control.
Cost of Delivery
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. Please select the correct option for your country to ensure that your order is not delayed. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email.
In addition to this, if our courier cannot deliver goods to a premises and the goods are returned to LWA then the customer will be charged for the delivery back to LWA and then charged for a second delivery.
Important
All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation in this case.
Where we ship
UK mainland will be sent either by Royal Mail, DPD or UPS (selectable at checkout). Couriers may be unavailable due to basket restrictions such as aerosols, batteries or order value. Extended area UK shipping is available for most items, but some restrictions may apply, such as aerosol shipping.
We are currently only shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We cannot ship batteries, gas or pyrotechnics outside of mainland UK.
Returns
You can buy from us with complete peace of mind with our 30 day returns policy.
Please contact us BY EMAIL - [email protected] - before returning your item to get a RMA (Returns Number). It’s a quick process, we are very efficient and it allows us to track your return back into our system and issue your exchange or refund efficiently.
Your item will NOT be accepted back without a Returns Number.
We will give you the correct return address to send your item.
What if I just simply change my mind?
If your order arrives and you simply change your mind or it was not as expected, unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days from delivery, unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in their original sellable condition. All free gifts and all accessories must also be returned unused, in the same condition.
Unboxed items, non-stock items and Special Orders will carry a 10% restocking fee to cover costs, including but no limited to, Credit Card fees that cannot be recovered and fees charged by the distributor for sending unwanted items back to them. If items show any sign of use, they will be treated as second hand and refunded as such.
If the order is returned through no fault of our own, the Buyer is responsible for return postage and the original delivery costs will not be refunded. The balance will be credited back to you after your items have been inspected and found to be in their original sellable condition.
