The VFC FAL (LAR - Light Automatic Rifle) Standard Type I GBB is a faithful replica of the Right Arm of the Free World and it is also the first ever gas blowback FAL style rifle, not to mention that the FAL is also quite rare as an AEG. Which is odd seeing that the H&K G3 and its variants, which exists in a similar timeline but less prominent in the real steel world is much more prominent in airsoft with Tokyo Marui and LCT releasing a lot of AEGs and Umarex with the Heckler & Koch licensed G3A3 and PSG-1 gas airsoft rifles.
The VFC LAR is adopts the metric version of the FAL which features meters as measurement in the sighting system instead of yards which the inch pattern L1A1 that Britain and its Commonwealth adopted, this rifle is very similar to that of the early Belgium made FALs (Model 50.00). The gun has a very realistic and robust built, being made out of metal with some steel parts which includes the outer barrel, bolt carrier, carry handle. Yes, this baby has a carry handle!
The hop up adjustment is designed to be easily accessible, as it is located at the mock gas block, which you can adjust similar to how one would adjust the gas pressure of an actual FAL! Adding to the realism, the magazine holds 20 rounds, just like the real thing!
