AK Master Mount™ Enhanced Safety Lever: Unmatched Durability
Our AK Master Mount™ Enhanced Safety Lever is built to last. Crafted from heavy-duty 16-gauge steel (.060" or 1.5 mm) thick steel, it's significantly thicker than any other commercially available AK safety lever, including factory-made ones.
The extended side tab is also made from sturdy 16-gauge steel, ensuring durability and preventing painful cuts often associated with "razor-thin" tabs. Both sides of the tab are textured for enhanced grip, even when wearing gloves. The flat design and slight upward angle provide ergonomic ease of use, allowing for effortless movement in both up and down directions.
For added toughness, the lever is heat-treated to a Rockwell C hardness of 30.
Bolt Hold Open (BHO) Version
To comply with shooting range regulations that require the bolt to be open when the firearm is not in use, our enhanced safety levers offer a bolt-hold open (BHO) notch. The front edge of this notch is designed with a "hook shape" to securely engage the charging handle, ensuring the bolt remains open.
This BHO feature is available on both our AKM and Yugo versions of the Enhanced Safety Lever.
AKM Version
Our AKM version enhanced safety lever is for the stamped receiver. It can be modified to fit thicker milled receivers by enlarging its "gap." See our website's "support" tab for further information.
This AKM version does not fit "Yugo" AKs.

Disclaimer: As with any AK accessory part, slight modifications may be needed for proper fitting.
We will endeavour to despatch your package within 24 hours although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Orders for RIFs may take 48 hours as we test and chronograph each rifle before shipping.
Our couriers only deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 - 1800 hours) except for local and national holidays. We do not directly control the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them. Delivery may be delayed by extreme weather and events and again is out of our control and accept no liability for delays caused by this.
Cost of Delivery
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. Please select the correct option for your country to ensure that your order is not delayed.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email.
